MacOS version Notice:

After polling the campus during September 2007, we received commitments for less than half of the required license buy-in. Because we did not receive enough interest at this time, we will not be able to offer a license program this year.

In May of 2008, Software Programs and Services will poll the campus again to see if a Macintosh SPSS program is warranted for the 2008-2009 academic year starting July 1, 2008.

If you would like to purchase SPSS for use on an Apple computer now, here are some possible options:

OPTION 1:

For Macintosh INTEL users, an alternative is to purchase the WINDOWS version of SPSS at the campus negotiated rates listed below. You will need to use either, Bootcamp, Parallels, or VMware *and* install a *full* Windows operating system on the Macintosh.

OPTION 2:

Purchase a Macintosh version directly through SPSS http://www.spss.com. The pricing of individual licenses is significantly more expensive, so option 1 above may be the most economical route should you have an Intel-based Macintosh.
